Description
Premium quality custom-length velvet curtain - made from heavyweight upholstery velvet for a beautiful drop and super-soft feel. This fabric, which is made from recycled polyester also has good thickness (385GSM) and so, although our curtains are not lined, they do block light reasonably well.
Choose any custom length / drop up to 250cm. Each curtain is professionally hemmed, made by hand in the UK and finished with Antique Brass 40mm eyelets ready to go onto your curtain pole.
Please note our curtains are a standard 140cm width. This is per curtain, and our curtains are sold individually, and NOT IN PAIRS. Please select the number of curtains that you require, and each will be 140cm width.
MEASURING THE DROP
This depends on your personal preference, but typical length measurements are as follows.
1: Full length, approximately 1.5cm to 3cm above the floor level. (It is advisable to allow a small gap at the bottom if measuring to the floor, to avoid your curtains being marked from contact with the floor).
2: Above the radiator, usually 1cm to 3cm above the radiator.
3: Below the window sill, usually around 15cm.
All of our curtains are eyelet curtains, and so you should take your measurements from the very top of the curtain pole.
The eyelets are 40mm / 4cm diameter and are Antique Brass colour.
To order your custom length, first select the size bracket that your length fits into (Up to 180cm / 181cm to 220cm / 221cm to 250cm) and then input the exact drop required (in whole centimetres) in the “Drop Required” box.
